What a lesson looks like

Warm up, work, play.

Every lesson has the same shape, and every lesson is different, because the middle part is about you.

Ten minutes to see your game

A quick rally and a few points so Hannah can see how you move and hit before anyone starts changing anything.

The work

One or two things, drilled until they hold up under pressure. Technique, footwork, shot selection or strategy, whichever moves your game most.

Play it for real

Points and games with coaching between rallies, so the new habit shows up when it counts. You leave with what to practice next.

Questions

The things people ask first

I have never played. Is a lesson right for me?

Yes. A first private lesson is the fastest way in: you will be rallying within the hour and you will know the rules, the grip and where to stand. Group lessons are great once you can keep a ball in play.

What does a lesson cost?

Private lessons are $75 an hour. Group lessons are $40 per player an hour, for two to 8 players. Longer lessons are priced by the hour. There is nothing to pay online; you pay at the lesson.

Where do lessons happen?

Pacific Beach or West Point Loma in San Diego, or your own court if you have one. Pick the spot when you book.

Do I need my own paddle?

No. Hannah brings spare paddles and all the balls. Wear court shoes and bring water.

How does booking work?

Pick a lesson, choose any open time on the calendar and send the request. Hannah confirms by text or email, usually within a few hours. Nothing is charged online.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel or move a lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts, from your account or by text. Inside 24 hours the lesson fee is due.

Can you coach me if I am not in San Diego?

Yes, through video analysis. Send footage of you playing and Hannah sends back a lesson: every key moment timestamped, a talk-over video and drills to work on.

Something else? Ask Hannah.

Pick a time. Hannah confirms.

Free to move or cancel up to 24 hours before the lesson.
